Experience the Legacy of Premium Hira Hing

A Legacy Built on Purity Since 1923

For over a century, New Kabul Frontier Store has been a trusted name in authentic Asafoetida. Established in 1923, our journey began with a simple vision—to bring the finest Hing resin from the mountains of Iran, Afghanistan (Kabul), and Uzbekistan to Indian kitchens while preserving its natural purity and rich aroma.

Across generations, we have remained committed to traditional values, honest craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality. Every pack of Prasidh Hira Hing carries the same trust, authenticity, and heritage that families have relied upon for decades.

From the Ferula Plant to Your Kitchen

Hing is a rare natural resin obtained from the roots of the Ferula plant growing in the dry mountainous regions of Iran, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan. Skilled harvesters carefully cut the roots, allowing a rich milky resin to naturally flow out before it is collected and dried using traditional methods.

Only the finest resin is selected, cleaned, and processed under strict hygienic conditions. This careful journey preserves its authentic aroma, strong flavour, and natural digestive properties before it reaches your kitchen as premium Prasidh Hira Hing.
